EuroPride 2025 Parade ā Group Registration
One of the main highlights of EuroPride ā theĀ LGBTI+ ParadeĀ starts atĀ SaldanhaĀ and parades down the iconicĀ Avenida da Liberdade, ending atĀ Terreiro do PaƧo (PraƧa do ComĆ©rcio).
The EuroPride 2025 Parade is a public and social demonstration to express the ongoing fight for human rights, diversity, inclusion, and the LGBTI+ cause in a world facing increasing challenges for the community.

To ensure the safety of all participants, prior registration is required for groups and organisations that plan to attend the march with a large number of people or in an organised way.
This guide outlines all the steps needed to submit a formal application to participate in the EuroPride 2025 Parade. We encourage all interested groups to apply as early as possible to secure their spot in the Parade!

Registration Form
Participation in the EuroPride 2025 Parade is open toĀ LGBTI+ groups,Ā non-profit organizations,Ā LGBTI+ businesses, and for-profitĀ companies.
Registrations will be open fromĀ April 15 at 12:00 (Lisbon time)Ā untilĀ May 18 at 23:59.
Registrations will be accepted on aĀ first-come, first-served basis, and are subject to space availability to ensure safety for all participants.
Group Registration Guide
Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your application to take part in the EuroPride 2025 Parade.
Ā Contact Details
Primary Contact:
Provide the full name and email address of your groupās main contact person. This individual will be the primary point of communication with the EuroPride team. Their contact details will remain private and will only be accessed by the parade coordination team.
Secondary Contact:
To ensure timely communication, a second contact personās name and email are also required. This information will also remain confidential and used only for official parade updates. Secondary contacts will receive all the same announcements and communications as the primary contact.
Ā Application Group Name
Your group name will be visible on the EuroPride 2025 website and printed materials (e.g., signage and placards).
The name should clearly represent your group or brand.
Avoid using acronyms unless they are widely recognized.
Each application must have a unique group name.
If you’re applying on behalf of multiple brands or collaborative projects, submit a separate application for each.
Ā Group Description
This short description will be displayed on the EuroPride 2025 website and shared via social media, so make it count!
Tell us who you are in 200 characters or less.
Include your mission, activities, or how your group supports the LGBTI+ community (e.g., services, donations, advocacy, community projects).
Ā Social Media Links
You may include links to your groupās online presence for public display (Website, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Others)
Ā Logo and Photo
Upload a group logo and/or a representative photo.
These will be featured on the EuroPride 2025 website to help the public recognize and connect with your group during the parade.
Ā Group Email Address
Provide aĀ public-facing email addressĀ for people to get in touch with your group.
This should not be a personal email, but a general inbox or contact email for your organization.
This email will be displayed publicly on the EuroPride 2025 website.
Ā Type of Organization
Choose the category that best describes your group:
1- LGBTI+ Community Group (free)
Grassroots or volunteer-led organizations primarily serving the LGBTI+ community.
Examples: Youth groups, mutual aid networks, community charities.
2- LGBTI+ Business (free)
For-profit companies primarily targeting the LGBTI+ community or whose main focus is on the LGBTI+ audience.
Examples: LGBTI+ bookstores, queer bars & cafƩs, LGBTI+ nightlife venues.
3- Non-Profit, Union, Public Sector & Education (free)
Institutions and organizations that serve the public and include LGBTI+ initiatives.
Examples: NGOs, public health services, schools, universities.
4- Companies or Sponsoring Partners (fees apply*)
For-profit companies not focused primarily on the LGBTI+ community but that support it through employee networks or sponsorship.
Examples: Banks, retail brands, tech firms, media sponsors.

Ā Group Size & Wristbands
Wristbands are required for groups to participate in the parade and are distributed based on the group category:
LGBTI+ Community Group: max of 50 wristbands
LGBTI+ Business: max of 50 wristbands
Non-Profits / Unions / Public Sector: max of 50 wristbands
Companies or Sponsors: max of 50 wristbands (fees apply*)
*Participation fee for Companies and Sponsors: ā¬2,500 + VAT for up to 25 people | ā¬5,000 + VAT for more than 25 people.
Includes:
⢠Official company registration at the EuroPride Parade
⢠Logistical and security support at the meeting point and during the route
⢠Improved visibility as a participating entity on event channels
⢠Possibility to bring company banners or visual elements, including brand advertising
Please select the number of wristbands needed in your application.
Note: The EuroPride team may allocate fewer wristbands than requested based on availability, safety, and space limitations. Fees will be adjusted accordingly.
Ā Vehicle Applications (Bus or Electric Vehicle)
If you wish to bring a vehicle (bus or electric), you must:
Justify the need for a vehicle in your application
Confirm that alternative, lower-impact options were considered
Follow sustainable practices:
Use ethically sourced decorations
Avoid single-use plastics
Plan to reuse or recycle materials after the parade
Participation fee with vehicle: ā¬8,000 + VAT
Does not include:
⢠Bus or electric trio (must be contracted directly with the supplier)
Includes:
⢠Official company registration at the EuroPride Parade
⢠Licensing and authorization for vehicle circulation on the official route
⢠Logistical and security support at the meeting point and during the route
⢠Improved visibility as a participating entity on event channels
⢠Possibility of placing brand advertising on the vehicle
The organization facilitates:
⢠Contact with bus or electric trio rental companies
⢠Contact with performers and artists to perform on the vehicle
Ā Terms & Agreements
All groups must agree to:
The Code of Conduct ā to ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment, committing to environmental responsibility and sustainability.
The Manifesto ā committing to the declaration of the intentions, motives, and views of the EuroPride 2025 demonstration act.
Submitting an application implies full acceptance of both.
Ā Important Notes
ApplyingĀ does not guaranteeĀ a place in the parade.
Applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with EuroPrideās values, Code of Conduct, and Pride Pledge.
Confirmation emails will be sent after approval.
Applications received after spaces are full will be added to aĀ waiting list.
Ā After Submission: What Happens Next?
Your application will be reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
The EuroPride Parade Team will evaluate your request and determine wristband allocations and vehicle approvals.
All applicants will be notified of their status byĀ mid-May 2025Ā via email.

Code of Conduct
All groups applying to take part in the EuroPride 2025 March must agree to and abide by this Code of Conduct as a condition of entry.
This Code applies equally to all members of your group and/or any associated vehicles or stalls. Failure to comply may result in your removal from the parade and affect future participation.
š General Code of Conduct
1- EuroPride 2025 is a celebration of diversity and equality. All participants are expected to respect and uphold these values.
2- Threatening, violent, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated towards volunteers, staff, parade participants, stallholders, security personnel, or members of the public.
3- Hate speech or offensive messaging is strictly prohibited, including signs or displays targeting individuals or groups based on Sexuality, Gender, Gender Identity, Race, Age, Nationality, Disability, Appearance, Religion, or any other protected characteristic.
4- Anyone harassing or infringing upon the bodily integrity of others will be removed immediately from the event and may be reported to the authorities.
5- The use or possession of illegal substances along the parade route or within the event area is strictly forbidden. Offenders will be removed and referred to the police.
6- Anyone who appears intoxicated, aggressive, at risk, or unable to safely participate will not be permitted to take part in the march or remain in any EuroPride event area.
7- Responsible alcohol consumption is required. Alcohol is not allowed for any operational staff or wheel stewards in the parade form-up area or during the parade.
8- Nudity, indecent exposure, or public sexual acts are not permitted in the form-up area, along the parade route, or in any other EuroPride-managed space. As a guideline, āswimsuit coverageā is the minimum dress requirement.
9- All participants must follow EuroPrideās sustainability guidelines, which include:
Using only biodegradable glitter
No smoke, paint, or glitter bombs
No stickers or single-use promotional handouts
No balloon releases
10- If you witness or are informed of any incident that violates this code, please alert a steward or police officer immediately.
ā Breaches and Consequences
EuroPride 2025 reserves the right to remove any group, individual(s), or vehicle from the parade form-up area or route if, in the organizersā judgment, their behavior is offensive, poses a risk to others, violates the Code of Conduct, or impedes the progress of the parade.
ā Expectations for Participating Organizations
All organizations participating in any EuroPride 2025 event must:
1- Actively promote visibility of LGBTI+ people.
2- Work to unite and support the LGBTI+ community.
3- Implement internal policies that support diversity, equality, and inclusion.
4- Be proactive in supporting anti-racism, gender equality, disability inclusion, and all aspects of the LGBTI+ spectrum.
5- Provide evidence of work that supports diversity and inclusion across Sexuality, Gender, Gender Identity, Race, Age, Nationality, Disability, Appearance, and Religion.
6- Demonstrate ongoing support for the LGBTI+ community, such as donations, partnerships, campaigns, or participation in LGBTI+ initiatives throughout the year.
7- Take clear steps to minimize environmental impact and follow EuroPride 2025ās sustainability guidelines.
Failure to meet these expectations may result in the rejection of the application to participate in any or all EuroPride 2025 events.

We invite you to read our Manifesto, where we express a public declaration of principles and intentions: we warn of the challenges that the LGBTI+ community faces, we denounce the setbacks and injustices that are happening in the world, and we call on all people to take action, unite and celebrate Pride.
